Cinnamon Buns 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 yeast cakes (2 tablespoon dry)
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup milk, scalded and cooled
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons shortening
  • 3 eggs, beaten light
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups flour
Directions
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and sugar. Add milk then 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Cream the sugar and shortening. Add eggs, salt and flour. Mix together and knead lightly. Cover and set in warm place for 2 hours. Roll and bake for 25 minutes.
