Avocado, Watermelon, and Spinach Salad Recipe (+)

Directions

Wash spinach.
Peel, seed and cube avocado. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice to prevent browning. In a salad bowl, toss together the avocado, watermelon cubes, and spinach.
Stir in salad dressing just before serving.

-		2 avocados - large, peeled, pitted ,and diced
-		4 cups watermelon - seeded and cubed into bite sized pieces
-		4 cups spinach - fresh, washed
-		1 tablespoon lemon juice
-		1 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
