A great summer salsa, perfect for dipping or with chicken, fish, or pork.

Pineapple Watermelon Salsa Recipe (+)

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to combine.

-		1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped
-		2 cups watermelon, chopped
-		1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
-		1 small jalapeÃ±o, finely chopped
		fresh cilantro, chopped, adjust amount to taste
		juice from 1 lime
