Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons capers

  • In a small sauce pan melt butter. Add lemon juice, chives, and capers. Bring mixture to a boil.
  • Remove from heat, serve over grilled fish.

    Especially good when paired with fresh salmon.
