Juiced Up Arm Roast Over Noodles Recipe

  • 4 pounds arm roast
  • 1 3/4 cups apple juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 onions, cut inch wedges (medium)
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomato vinaigrette salad dressing
  • 2 packages brown gravy mix (1 1/4 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 package wide egg noodles (cooked according to package directions) (1 lb pkg)
Place roast and onions in crock pot, add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 8-10 hours, or until roast is tender; cut or shred pot roast in smaller pieces. Serve over cooked noodles with a tossed salad.
