Berry Quick & Easy Sorbet Recipe

A quick, easy treat for summertime fun. Made with blueberries and strawberries, it is sure to please everyone.

Berry Quick & Easy Sorbet Recipe (+)

Directions

Combine blueberries, strawberries, frozen concentrate, and water in a large bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly. Pour half the mixture in the pitcher of a blender. Cover and process until mixture is smooth. A food processor can also be used to blend the mixture. Transfer to a baking dish and then repeat with the other half of the mixture.
Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and place in the freezer. Freeze until firm, approximately 4 hours.
Scoop frozen sorbet into waffle cups and serve.
