Beef on Marble Rye Recipe

A great sandwich for lunches or picnics.
Directions
  • Select good quality marble rye bread. Spread mayonnaise on one side of both slices of bread. Generously place the sliced roast beef deli meet on one slice of bread. Layer with sliced red onions, lettuce and tomato. Top sandwich with last slice of bread.
  • Slice and serve.
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients
    - 2 slices mild cheddar cheese
    - 2 slices marble rye bread
    deli sliced roast beef, however much you desire
    - 2 slices ripe tomato
    - 2 slices red onion, thinly sliced
    - 2 leaves of lettuce
    - 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
