Stuffed Zucchini Recipe

  • 2 zucchini (medium)
  • 1/2 cup minute rice, cooked
  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 or 2 eggs
  • 1 can tomato sauce (small can)
Cut off ends of zucchini and scoop out seeds. Brown hamburger and sausage. Add salt, garlic salt, Parmesan, parsley flakes and eggs. Stuff squash. Place in greased dish and pour tomato sauce over. Bake 325° 1 hour. Slice to serve.
