CALIFORNIA SALMON PATE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon, drained (large can)
  • 1 package cream cheese (3 ounce pkg.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
Directions
Drain salmon well and break into pieces. Add remaining ingredient and mix well. Refrigerate. Spread on crackers.
