CASHEW CRUNCH Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound White Sugar
  • 1 pound raw cashews
  • 1 pound butter
Directions
In a heavy 3 qt. or larger saucepan, put in all ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continually while cooking, until nice and brown. Pour mixture on buttered cookie sheet. When cold, break into pieces.
