DEVILED EGGS 59 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
Pour eggs in cold water and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Pour off hot water and put eggs in cold water, prevents from turning green color. Peel eggs and halve, put yolks in bowl. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper with yolks. Fill egg whites. Other things may be added: horseradish, parsley, chopped onion, chives, chopped sweet pickle or crumbled crisp bacon.
