Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers 7 Recipe

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Italian Cheese blend (or Parmesan)
  • 21 jalapeno peppers, fresh
Brown and drain sausage (works well to then put in food processor).

Mix with cream cheese and grated cheese. Wash, cut in half, clean out seeds and dry jalapenos; stuff halves with meat mixture.

Bake 350° for 15 minutes.

**NOTE: Can be prepared the day before.
