Tortilla Rollups 5 Recipe

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 - 1 ounce envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 - 4.5 ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1 - 4 ounce jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas
Beat cream cheese and dressing mix at medium speed until fluffy. Stir in green onions, chilies, pimientos and olives. Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut each roll into 10 slices.
