"I had to make this for a serving of 20 and when I had to use 1 1/4 cup and Brandy I got nervous. Then during the prep and cooking, the Brandy was strong I was beginning to doubt my decision to use this glaze. Once done, I tasted this and WOW..this was so AWESOME! The Brandy pretty much cooked out. It has a sweet yet sharp flavor from the mustard with a hint from the Brandy. I highly recommend this to anyone. Definitely make enough extra to serve on the side. People raved so over this and wanted to have extra for dipping their ham in."
