Tuna Pate Recipe

  • 1 package softened cream cheese (neufchatel) (8 ounce package)
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion (instant, if available)
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos (2 ounce jar)
Blend all ingredients well. Transfer to a mold or small bowl and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.

Makes 3 cups. Great potluck spread from the '50's.
