Appetizer Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients
  • l lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine first six ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. In a skillet, over medium heat, brown meatballs and drain. Place in a 2 1/2 qt. baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen
