1 pound pasteurized prepared cheese product
-
1 (16 oz) jar of salsa (mild, medium or hot)
Serving Description
: 2 to 3 tablespoons per person.
Servings
: 20

Prep Time
: 5 minutes
Cook Time
: 5 minutes
Cut pasteurized prepared cheese product into small chunks and place in slow cooker or microwaveable bowl. Pour jar of salsa over cheese.
Microwave on high for approximately 5 minutes, checking consistency every 2 minutes, and stir;
OR
cook in slow cooker for approximately 1 to 3 hours, on low to prevent burning.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
Optional add-ins: chili with no beans, chopped green chilies, chopped jalapeño, spiced ground sausage (browned).
