Strawberry Sauce Recipe

A pretty topping for ice cream, pound cake, pancakes and crêpes.
Directions
  • Slightly thaw strawberries. Place all ingredients in container to be puréed. Purée until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Container: Blender, food processor or immersion blender.
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 0 minutes
    Serving Description: Makes approximately 2 cups.
    Ingredients
    - 16 ounces unsweetened frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
    - 1/3 cup strawberry jam or jelly
    - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    - 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
