Ingredients
1 package frozen meatballs
1 pound chicken livers
1 pound cocktail franks or smokies
2 cans chunk pineapple (drain and save liquid)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 packet instant chicken broth
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
Sauté meatballs, chicken livers and franks until brown. Place in crock pot. In saucepan, combine pineapple juice and water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid. Add brown sugar, cornstarch, chicken broth, vinegar and soy sauces Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Pour over meats in crock pot and warm thoroughly before serving.
Serves: 10-12
