Apple Berry Salsa 4 Recipe

  • 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, sliced, and coarsely chopped (medium)
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 orange (small)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple jelly
Toss together apples, strawberries, and kiwi. Zest orange to measure 1 tsp. zest. Juice orange to measure 2 T. juice. Mix together zest, juice, brown sugar, and jelly. Add to fruit mixture and mix gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Baked Cinnamon Chips.

Baked Cinnamon Chips:

Cut 8-7" flour tortilla into 8 wedges each. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes. Spray with water and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
