Ice Cream Punch for Wedding and Graduation Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 gallon raspberry or strawberry sherbet
  • 3 cups Pineapple Juice
  • 3 litres ginger ale
Directions
Scoop softened ice cream and sherbet into a very large bowl. Add pineapple juice and ginger ale. Using a potato masher or similar utensil, stir until mixed; then use a hand mixer to make it creamy. This makes approximately 60 - 6 oz. servings or less if using larger cups.
