Raisin Sauce Recipe (+)

Directions

Combine raisins, orange juice, lemon rind, chicken broth and wine.

Use to accompany pork or domestic or wild poultry.

-		1/2 cup raisins
		juice from one orange
-		3/4 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
-		1/2 cup chicken broth
-		1/4 cup red wine (cabernet or merlot)
