Airy and delicious – a light alternative to biscuits or rolls.
No Fail Popovers Recipe (+)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375º F.
In a medium bowl, mix flour and milk until smooth. Add egg and salt and stir until combined. DO NOT BEAT.
Preheat popover or muffin pan for 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil to each popover or muffin pan cup. Pour batter on top of vegetable oil.
Bake 40 minutes at 375º F. Remove from pan and serve warm.
