Stuffed Mushrooms 83 Recipe

  • 24 mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425°.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Reserve the stems for later use.

Place caps in 9x13 dish open side down. Use half of butter and brush on the caps. Turn over and repeat.

Sauté onions and mushroom stems for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Stuff mushrooms with filling. Place in oven until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.
