8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayo
1 cucumber-peeled, seeded and chopped (medium)
1/4 cup red onion- chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all together, in order and serve with crackers or bagel chips.
