Brown sausage in skillet. Drain and stir in cream cheese and 1/2 of Parmesan cheese. Simmer over low heat until melted and mixed well.
Spoon mixture into each pepper. Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the peppers.
Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes until peppers start to look shriveled.
