Hot Spinach Dip 8 Recipe

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen spinach drained and squeezed (10 ounce boxes)
1/4 cup butter or margarine melted
2 tablespoons chopped onion
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 roll jalapeno cheese softened (6 ounce )
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon celery salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of red pepper
Directions
Cook spinach according to package direction, drain and squeeze, reserve 1/2 C. liquid and set aside. Combine butter, onion and flour, stir and cook 1 minute. Gradually add the 1/2 C. of spinach liquid and evaporated milk, cook until thickened. Add cheese and seasoning to sauce stirring until cheese is melted. Add spinach and mix well. Serve hot with your favorite crackers. Makes 1 3/4 Cups. May be frozen.
