Hot Spinich Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 1 - 15 ounce can of artichoke hearts, not marinated
  • 1 - 10 ounce pkg chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup diced red and yellow peppers
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Drain artichoke hearts. Cut into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 1-quart glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips or good bread on the side.
