Layered Bean Dip 4 Recipe

  • 2 refried beans (16 ounce cans)
  • 1 chopped green chilies, drained (4 ounce can)
  • 1 taco seasoning mix
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 taco sauce, mild, medium or hot (8 ounce jar)
  • 1 1/2 sour cream
  • 1 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
  • black olives, sliced
  • tortilla chips
In medium bowl, mix together refried beans, green chilies and taco seasonings. Spread on 12 - 14" round serving platter. Blend avocados, lemon juice and 1/2 C taco sauce until smooth. Spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of bean mixture, followed by cheese, remaining taco sauce and olive slices. Serve with tortilla chips.
