Knorr Classic Spinach Dip Recipe

Spinach dip with water chestnuts for a little added crunch. Perfect to serve with crackers, bread or bagel pieces, and chips.

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
  • 1 cup Hellmans Mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped (8 ounce can)
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • Squeeze spinach until dry. In medium bowl stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions.
  • Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Serve with crackers, pumpernickel bread or rye bread.
  • Makes 3 cups.
