Turducken Oven Roasted Recipe

With a wonderfully seasoned stuffing inside, this dish combines boneless turkey, duck, and chicken rolled together into one fabulous roast.

Ingredients
  • 4 pounds turducken roll
  • olive oil
  • paprika
Container: 9x13 baking dish

  • Pre-heat oven to 350° F. Prepare pan with cooking spray.
  • Cover entire surface of turducken roll with olive oil and place seam side down in prepared pan. Sprinkle top with paprika. Spray aluminum foil on one side with cooking spray and cover pan tightly with foil, spray side towards and touching turducken.
  • Bake, covered, approximately 105 minutes (1 hours 45 minutes). Bake uncovered for final 15 minutes. Internal temperature should be 165-170° when done.
  • Let turducken rest approximately 10 minutes before carving.
