Microwave Snack Mix Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix (1 ounce envelopes)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups corn Chex cereal
  • 3 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups wheat Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Pretzel Sticks
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1 cup candy coated chocolate pieces
Directions
Whisk together ranch dressing mix and vegetable oil in a large microwave safe glass bowl. Stir in all cereal and pretzels. Microwave mixture on High for 2 minutes and stir well. Microwave another 2 minutes and stir well. Spread mixture in a single layer on wax paper and let cool about 30 minutes. Add fruit and candy. Store in airtight container.

Note: You may add nuts, other types of candies, etc.
