Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 jars meatless pasta sauce (26 ounce jars)
  • 4 ounces ham, thinly sliced, chopped fine
  • 1 package pepperoni, sliced, chopped fine (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1 loaf Italian or French Bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

Cook sausage and onion in a large skillet until sausage is brown. Drain excess fat.

Transfer sausage into crock pot or slow cooker. Stir in pasta sauces, ham, pepperoni and red pepper flakes. Cover, cook on low 3-4 hours.

Serve fondue with cheese cubes and bread cubes. Delicious!
