Crab Salad Tarts Recipe

  • 1 - 6 ounce can lump crab meat, drained
  • 1/3 cup miracle whip
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - 1.9 ounce pkg frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
In a small bowl, combine the crab meat, cheese, Miracle Whip celery, onion, parsley and pepper. Spoon filling into tart shells. Place tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until shells are lightly browned. Yields 15 appetizers. Serve warm
