Thick, creamy, savory dressing that perks up any tossed salad. Itâ€™s also great as a vegetable dip.

Thousand Island Dressing Recipe (+)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Season to taste.
Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Serving Description: makes approximately 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

-		1 cup mayonnaise
-		1/3 cup catsup or chili sauce
-		1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
-		2 green onions, minced
-		1 hard boiled egg, chopped
-		1/2 teaspoon paprika
-		2 tablespoons chives, minced (optional)
-		2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced
		salt and pepper to taste
		tabasco sauce (optional) to taste
