Hot Onion Soufflé Dip Recipe

  • 3 packages cream cream (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped (large)
Mix together and bake in a desired dish (deep or shallow). I use a 9x9 or 7x11. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve with your favorite crackers.
