Rum Punch Martini Recipe

Sweet cocktail perfect for a summer evening. Make it in a pitcher for a crowd! The coconut run smooths out the flavor of the dark rum.

  • 3 ounces dark rum
  • 5 ounces pineapple/orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 3 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker with crushed ice. Shake well until blended.

Serve in large martini glass and garnish with an orange slice.
