This popular, easily prepared Middle Eastern dish can be served as a delicious dip for vegetables or a savory spread for pita bread.

Directions

PurÃ©e drained beans, garlic and parsley in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until combined.
Serve at room temperature, with raw vegetables or crackers. Store in refrigerator.

-		2 tablespoons tahini or creamy peanut butter
-		1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)
