Parmesan Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 packages each) cream cheese, cubed (8 ounce pkgs)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1 loaf French bread, cubed
Directions
In large saucepan, stir the milk and cream cheese over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Cook and stir until heated through. Transfer to mini slow cooker or fondue pot. This is very good with mini tortellini for dipping
