Cheese Fondue 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 clove garlic cut inch half
  • 4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
Directions
Mix ingredients in a fondue pot. Heat. Dip Italian or French Bread cubes into the mixture.
