""1 1/4 salt" I thought they meant cups!!! There was no other indication(I'm not a cook which is why I use these sites). The saltiest things I've ever had!!! A big waste of potatoes :-("
"Very good. I dredged it in flour before frying and fried it slow and a little longer to insure that the potatoes were fully cooked. I will definitely cook it again."
