Con Queso Dip 2 Recipe

  • 1 brick velveeta (1 lb brick)
  • 1 pound extra sharp or sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped or diced small (large)
  • 2 cans Rotel (I use original recipe)
Put in crockpot and cook and stir until cheese are melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
