Ingredients
  • 1 Zesty Italian salad dressing (small)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can black-eyed peas, drained
  • 1 can Black beans, drained
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve with Frito or Dorito scoops.
