  • 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

  • Place all ingredients into blender, cover and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

"Very tasty! After reading cheer4lyfe's review, I tried this recipe using 1% milk, low-fat yogurt (not non-fat), and add 3/4 of a banana. I think this helped thicken the smoothie up. I thought it turned out great."
