Year Round Best Punch Recipe

  • 1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet
  • 1 can pineapple juice, chilled (48 ounce can)
  • 1 bottle Ginger Ale, chilled (2 liter bottle)
Put sherbet into a punch bowl and with a fork and spatula break it up into small chunks. Pour in chilled pineapple juice. When ready to serve, pour in chilled Ginger Ale. You can vary the color of the punch by the kind of sherbet you select lemon, lime, orange, strawberry. Use the same proportions for each batch
