Baked Crab Rangoon's Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces imitation crab meat, flaked
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix crab meat, cream cheese, onions and mayo. Spray medium muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently place 1 wonton wrapper in each muffin cup, allowing edges of wrapper to extend above sides of cups. Fill evenly with crabmeat mixture. Bake 18-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated through. Serve warm.
