Salty Cracker Snack Recipe

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces oyster crackers
  • 1 box Club Mini Crackers or any small cracker
  • 12 or 14 ounce can of mixed nuts
  • 3/4 cup Orville Redenbachers buttery popcorn oil
  • 1 package dry Ranch salad dressing mix (1 ounce pkg)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
Put all the crackers and nuts in a large bowl. In a saucepan, heat the oil and all the seasonings until warmed through. Spoon or pour the warmed mixture over the crackers a little at a time tossing gently after each addition. Let cool and keep in an airtight container. Best if made a day in advance. Keeps well.
