Tarter Sauce with Capers Recipe

Capers and Horseradish perk up the flavor of this traditional sauce. Serve it with your favorite fish.
Directions
  • Place mayonnaise, capers, horseradish, and onion in a small bowl and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Container: small bowl
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serving Description: makes 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon onion, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
