Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup sharp shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
Directions
Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder or salt with a mixer until well blended. Stir in roasted peppers and mix just until blended. Shape mixture into a ball. Place the nuts in a bowl; roll the ball in the nuts. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
