Snake Bites Recipe

  • 12 Jalapeno Peppers
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 package Ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 package bacon
  • 1 package fajita seasoning
Wash peppers and let dry.

Cut in half and remove and discard seeds with spoon or knife.

Mix cream cheese and Ranch seasoning to taste (may not use entire package).

Fill the inside of the peppers with cream cheese mix.

Cut bacon in half and wrap around each pepper.

Once done, place on baking pan and sprinkle each with fajita seasoning.

Bake in oven at 450° until bacon is done.
